whenever he sees me. Stares at me whenever he thinks I'm not looking. Get nervous around me and hangs around me whenever I'm around?

I would think that a person who is a professional like him would be more composed
 
Sounds like he is young, and is crushing on you. This should pass. On the bright side, you should get a great grade in the class.
 
I'm thinking....if you're that sexy the Professor is shaken when looking at you, then I definitely need to see a pic!
