If she is eating and drinking and going potty poop and pee like a normal pup then she is probably not sick at all. Except home sick for Mom and siblings. She will get over it fairly quickly. Try giving her a large stuffed toy to snuggle and don't pick her up when she is whining. That will make her whine just so you will pick her up. Wait until she stops for a second or longer and then cuddle her. She is exhibiting very normal sign of leaving home where she was familiar with everything to going to your home which is strange and everything is new and different.
Work out a routine and stick with that, walking her, feeding her, brushing her etc. and she will be o.k. in no time.
