Why would a court judge write a book to inform people law vs law is loser vs

loser, so don't go there, to law? I heard on tv that a court judge wrote a book
to inform people there are no winners in law,
only loser vs loser, and the amount of loss
depends on how good a liar your lawyer is,
or what mode the judge may be in that day.

Anyone know the name of the book,
or the name of this court judge?
