Why won't they pump the gas found in America!?

They found tons of oil in Alaska, South Dakota, off the coast of Florida and I'm sure in other places too. But no, nobody wants to get it because it would "harm the enviroment". People can get that gas without harming anything if they tried! Does no one get it how much cheaper gas would be if we pumped that new gas found?! we're screwing up our economy by not getting it! I mean I care about animals but I don't think it completely ruin their evniroment. What do you think?

The democrats want to destroy America so the people will be willing to let them for us into socialism and take all our freedom away. It's not just oil, it's everything that is happening in the country. Since the democrats took over congress in 2006, they have wrecked the economy.

They have more nasty plans coming up, including destroying our health care system, huge new taxes on working people, eliminating our right to keep and bear arms so they can force us into slavery, higher food prices, higher electricity prices, and loss of individual liberty.

We need to remove the democrats from office before they ruin the country completely.

it's all about the money,the money that the big oil people get,and 2nd,it's about the tree hugging green peace people.i agree,we should drill in AN-WAR.and guess what ,the Chinese just started drilling 92 miles off the coast of Florida,Canada just finished the the pipe line to their west coast to sell to the Chinese,America is being sold a bill of goods,and Rome is burning.the young people of America will have to wake up,we will have to take back the America that we want,and not let the rich get what they want.open our eyes..is this really what we want...the question you asked is just a ripple,from a larger stone.
