I'm trying to make potato wedges, but the inside won't cook. the outside is cooking perfectly, but the insides are rock solid. I was watching the cooking channel when i made them and they said Russet potatos, which I have. On the outside they look perfect, but the inside, I CAN'T EVEN BITE INTO IT!!! It's incredible. Why won't the insides cook??
