a friend of mine plows snow with his f-350 p/u truck...he has purchased his last 2 trucks from the same ford dealer....he says the dealer will not install [or approve of] a snowplow on anything but a regular cab p/u truck...my friend would like to have an extra cab or crew cab but wont buy one because of the snowplow issue...i think the reason is because the longer frame of the longer trucks is stressed more than the shorter trucks...is this legit?...i see extra cab and crew cab p/u trucks with plows all the time,,they all seem ok..i dont think there is any chronic frame issued with extra cab and crew cab trucks that have snowplows........dan
