H HELP!!! New member Jan 20, 2011 #1 rogers cable/phone/internet (CANADA) will not let people disconnect their accounts if suspended! Why and are they allowed to do this? If someone can't pay the current bill what makes them think they can pay another $600 or more....?? Is this legal?
