The optional media update allows you to play unprotected music from an ipod. I wanted to play a song and an error message popped up saying to play my music in the dashboard to troubleshoot the problem.It then prompted me to download an optional media update which I already have. Now I have to download it every time I sign in. It was working fine 3 days ago. Why not now? Please help.
