why wont my window washer come out? 1999 pontiac?

I Have a 1999 Pontiac Grand Prix, It's not supercharged and I believe the motor is a 3800, But I ran out of Window washer solvent and When I Put some more in it, It wouldn't come out.
I Kept pushing the button but It still wont come out, How do I fix this Problem?
