Why wont my Virgin mobile phone buy ringtones?

i bought this virgin mobile phone the other day and i cant buy ringtones off virgin mobiles site and send them to my phone it keeps asking me to log in and i try but it logs me out and tells me to log in again when i click buy ringtone help i have $10.00 in my acccount and i want ringtones My phone is a lg 101
