why won't my Toyota t100 start?

one day it will start the next day it wont, it cranks over but wont start,, I checked the sparkplug wires
and there's no spark and had the module replaced along with a fuel pump and it still does the same thing any info would help!
it does not fire at all, the injectors are good and the fuel is fine...any suggestions?
 
I suppose that after you had the ignition wires, module, and the fuel pump, you were now getting spark at the plugs. When cranking does it try to fire at all? Where you getting fuel at the rail? Are your injectors in good order?
