I reinstalled the operating system on a Vaio VGN-tz240N. After reinstalling the wireless card driver, Intel Wireless Troubleshooter is saying "Did not receive IP address." I ran a manual diagnostics test. Everything passed except the Ping test. It said, "Failure getting ping status!." I reset the router and modem, as well as rebooting the computer. All of my other computers and devices are working fine. Any ideas?
