Why wont my Pontiac GrandPrixGT 04 turns on when its cold in the morning but

Try parking in the shade. Well the gas particles slow down when its cold, that is why there is ice. But when you heat it, the particles tined to move very fast. If parking in the shade does not help try buying a larger rubber Valve for the fuel pump.
 
wont in afternoon til i press gas? Turns on when its cold in the morning but in the afternoon I have to step on the gas while turning the key so it'll turn on. How can I fix this and what is causing the problem. Thanks.
