Why won't my phone let me download ringtones?

I just recently purchasaed the "samsung freeform" from alltel.
And i had the lg banter before, and that phone let me download ringtones from the myxer.com off the mobile web.
And now that i have switched, this phone says that it's unable to display the page when i select download.

Does anyone know if i have to get that music or micro sd card to be able to save ringtones?
Or am i just doing it wrong?

does anyone know any free ringtone websites?
 
some phones may not have enough memory to display some pages.
can you go to other webpages?
try going on other sites.
