I bought a new mobile phone and when I got it home tried to charge it but it wouldn't charge. I took it back to the shop and they plugged it in and it started charging straight away. I then took it to work and it charges there as well. I took it home and plugged it in-no charge. Other mobiles charge at my home and all electrical equipment works perfectly. Whats going on????
