so my grandfather past away a while ago and he left me an old Yamaha, I'm assuming its a 175cc but i know nothing about this bike. It's been setting for a while and today i decided to go out and see if it'd start, so i went out put new gas in it (the tank was completely empty) and attempted to kick start it (has a battery but it is dead) and it wouldn't turn over. I found the choke and choked it and it turned over in one kick, but as soon as I turned the choke off the engine killed. After about and hour of attempting to keep it running I decided to tear down the carb, i cleaned the pilot jet and and the rest of the carb and also the gas tank. I reassembled the bike and it started fine with the choke on and stayed running for a little bit longer with the choke off but still killed. I messed with the fuel air mixture a little bit but the longest i could get the bike to idle without the choke on was maybe 30 seconds and it barely managed to idle the whole time (at about 1.5 x1000rpms). I am not sure what else i can do and i would really like to get this bike running perfectly, in honor of my grandfather. Is there anything else it could be other than the carb??
