Why won't my Nokia send picture messages?

I got free picture messages from O2 for my surprise, but can't use them.
When I try to send one it says "resend at (certain time - normally a few minutes later)" But when I try this, it just puts the time forward again to a later time.

Anyone know the problem?
I have a Nokia 5530 - similar to 5800.
