T TJ Guest Apr 16, 2009 #1 I have a 1997 Jeep TJ with original motor. I turn the key and everything powers up except the gages... they don't move at all. The engine turns over but just won't fire. Jump starting didn't even do anything.

K Kita Guest Apr 16, 2009 #2 Sounds like a battery or wiring problem... take it to get looked at.. Doesn't sound to serious.
