I need to download the new operating system for my iPhone.
I have the 3gs iPhone.
Never gives me any problems.
I've tried updating and downloading the update quite a few times now. And it just refuses to finish completely. It will finish the download, say 0 seconds remaining, then pop up with an error message thru iTunes saying that my connection timed out.
I have my laptop hooked up directly to the router via ethernet, so I don't understand how it can time out when it works fine the whole entire time.
Please help.
I'm probably just gonna call them tomorrow but a solid answer would still help.
Everyone knows they can never understand any of the people they talk to when they call for support. lol
