I'm trying to transfer my photos from my Samsung Flight to my laptop, and this is my first time. I borrowed my friend's USB cable, and we have the same exact phone. When I hook it up, my laptop says it the device has malfunctioned!! I don't know what to do, can you please help?? It would be very appreciated!
