why wont my honda want to start?

My 93 honda starts when it wants. The D on the dashboard flashes when it dont want to start. what can it be. I have cleaned the injectors and done a whole tune up on it and still does it.

does it turn over does the fuel pump prime do you have any spark? so many things it could be
