Why won't my Ford F-150 start?

HI, I have a 1988 Ford F-150. It seems to not like to start here lately. We have just replaced the starter the solenoid and the battery. When i try to start it, it sounds like something is locking up. How do i fix this problem?

Could be possibly due to a corroded B+ or ground cable. If the batt and starter have both been replaced check your connections and cables. If they're all good it's possible that you've got an engine that's siezing.
