i plugged my phone in and the just charge and usb drive thing comes up and i press usb drive and it shower the little arrow, circle, square symbol but when i go to quick install and try to get it to install it says please connect device and when i click ok it says ERROR: no device detected. how do i get it to detect my palm pre?
