Why won't my car start?

I have an 01 v6 mustang and it wont start. the engine cranks, the battery is fine, it just won't start. I think it might be too cold (its 11 degrees) and there isn't enough gas in it for this weather. I've never had one problem with this car. I know alot about cars but i'm having a bit of a stupor with this. What can i do to get it started?
 
Seems you don't know enough about cars, otherwise you'd be able to know what the problem is.
Call the towage service, and get it looked at professionally.
 
It is just being silly.
If you know a lot about cars you should be able to sort this out.
How much gas does it need to start at 11 degrees?
Does your extensive knowledge cover sparking plugs...and wires....and automatic chokes and injection equipment?
