why won't my car start with clutch pedal pressed?

So my car will not start when i press down the clutch pedal, just a few rrr's and then nothing.

I can reach underneath the pedal and hold the safety switch, and it will start right up.

after its running, there is a winding noise? and when i press the stiff clutch pedal, i immediately feel a vibration in my feet/pedal.

I removed the slave cylinder from the trans, started it up, and there is no winding at all.

Are my hydaulics messed up? maybe the fork? or t.o. bearing?

Please help fellas, btw the car is a 95 Pontiac Trans am, and has brand new (500 miles maybe) hydraulics and clutch kit.
