why wont my car go into any gear?

My 87 300zx has been sitting for a while with a gas leak well the other night i pulled it off and fixed the problem. but when i finally got it started (battery deader than door nail) i cant go into any gear not first not second not any of them and if i try to put it into reverse it grinds loudly and wont go into reverse either. i tried turning off and starting in first and the car was trying to lunge forward in first like it was gonna drive off with the clutch to the floor.
 
sounds like ur clutch is stuck engaged.....try rolling the car from the normal place it was parked, might free up the gears....
