I have a microsoft bluetooth notebook mouse 5000 that was working great. But now my computer wont recognise the mouse. I have checked the bluetooth drivers and they are up to date. Now every time i press the sync button on the mouse it just flashes green and red, but it does not show up in the bluetooth device menu. What can i do. And please dont say get a new one.
