why wont my bike start?

My motorcycle wont start and i cannot figure out why. Its getting gas, air and spark but it wont start. I can hear the starting motor going but it wont start. My battery is dead so i have to jump start it. I don't know if that makes a difference or not. And my tachometer goes up to 7,000 when i try to jump start it. Any help would be Great appreciated. Thanks alot!
 
your tacho is electronic...so it moving up to 7000 is similar to interupting the ignition...unless you hear the engine rev hard.....its nothing to worry about.

Try replacing the plugs with fresh NGK, and see if this helps...
I used to have major problems trying to start a BMW with champion/ND plugs....changing to NGK resulted in easy start and more clearner running...
