Earlier in the day it started right up, then maybe 4 hours later it wouldn't start. The lights and radio turn on, however the car doesn't even make a noise as if it is trying to start! I tried jumping it, switching out the battery and still nothing. What seems to be the problem????

Clean your battery cables at BOTH ends. THis will guarantee a good power and grounding for the alternator and other engine electrics. If necessary, replace them with genuine factory parts. This is basic, and can be critical to engine function. Also, check for corrosion on the starter solenoid. It is part of the starter on most cars. Sometimes, the attachment screws wobble out of it over time. WHen they do, there is no contact to the starter bendix. You can try hitting it with a heavy screwdriver. It is on the other end of the positive battery cable!!!! Follow it down!

maybe your starter went out and without it you can have the best battery.

if its a manual transmission try having the car pushed to start (if you know how to do that)
