I had the starter and battery replaced and it still doesn't start in the morning when the temperature is cold...about noon does it finally start. What can I do? Please help!!

ok... in the winter your car engine will freeze. so what u do to keep it wamred up, is like 2 times a day try to start it and warm it up for like 10min so it wont keep on freezing!!!

Good chance the coolant sensor is bad and reading a normal operating temp and trying to run at a leaner mixture. When cold, the engine needs a richer mixture to keep running.

Also, when were the plugs and wires replaced?

HI
If the motor is turning over but not starting its not the starter or battery.
It could be a couple of things...
First it may be the choke system.. plugged injectors, needing a tune up,
I have a tendency to think its the choke system because you say it starts in the afternoon when it warms up out side and the choke is not needed as much.
good luck

Are you using good gas or just getting the cheapest gas you can? It might be freezing in the tank b/c of the high volume of water in it...
