Why wont my 2000 ford focus start?

I was driving down the highway and the car just shut off.. it will not start back up.. car cranks over good.. its getting fuel.. but will not start.. any suggestions?
i took the coil pack off of my car and put in on another 2000 focus and that car started right up

two reasons cars dont go. fuel and spark. its getting fuel. so no spark. coil pack is dead.
