this is my first bike and i don't know what to expect....how big of a difference does the cooling fan make? can you give me a basic run down on what to expect from these cooling systems?
my motorcycle is getting close to the red and the fan still will not come on. that's not normal right? everything was fine untill it got up to 70 degrees outside. is it ok to get close to the red? and shouldn't my fan kick on?
if you read this and think i've a problem could you tell me what parts i might need to fix to get my fan to come on?
it's a 1987 honda shadow v twin 700 cc 2 cylindar liquid cooled cruiser.
also i turned it off at a stop light thinking it might overheat and then had trouble getting it started again. what's up with that?
