why won't itunes let me buy any games for my ipod touch?

i have 33$ in my itunes account and im only wanting to buy a game that is 4$....instead of just taking money away from my itunes credits like it does when i buy songs it asks for my billing information like my credit card and stuff....i don't even have a credit card and my friend gets games just from buying gift cards and spending the itunes credits...how do i get the games and apps? :s
 
You may need to update your software. I had this problem too. It wouldnt let me buy games till I paid for a like $10 software update. Once I finally did it, I could finally buy games and apps.
 
I really can't help you with that. It's just a glitch in your itunes.

But you seriously didn't even hack your ipod? FREE APPS, MUSIC, ETC. God. Your very ignorant and waste a LOT of money.
