...and Eastern Europe cars were? Ladas (Russian), Skoda (Czech) and best of all the Yugo were all the laughing stock of the world. Will GM develop the same reputation since it is now a government company too?

I already consider GM's to be a laughing stock.I laugh every time my Mustang eats some crappy Camaro alive,I laugh as I see them falling back in my rear-view mirror.

And they have always been junk,or for the last 30 years at least.But they are certainly better than Russian cars,EVERYTHING is better than a Russian Car.But give GM time,I'm sure they can lower their standards some more.
