Why won't Chat Avenue work?

I'm tryin to log on to the single's chat on chat-avenue.com but this message comes up sayin

"No response was recieved from the server. The DigitChat Server may not be running, or may not be a compatible version. Please contact the administrator in charge of the site'

i know its not my computer cuz i logged on earlier
how long will it take to work again?
