I'm assuming, dear lady, that you're talking about Flash Player, rather than the full Flash package.
If that's correct, use Adobe's own uninstaller programme ... the first link below ... to uninstall your current version of Flash Player, and then install the latest version. (2nd url below.)
You may need to reboot your computer for it to recognise that you've made a change.
