I just installed a Pioneer aftermarket stereo in my 1999 Chevrolet Silverado. I unhooked the negative cable from the battery while I installed it, and then reconnected it when I was done. When I got back in to start it, it won't start. It doesn't crank and when I try to start it the radio and dash lights turn off and it seems like the truck looses power. Whats going on? The chimes are going crazy too and there is a clicking noise
