Why when I press no.1 keyboard button it adds a new tab in my google chrome so is my other keys like p?

My laptops keyboards fucked up, when I press no. 1 it opens a new tab, when i press no. 9 it stops me from typing, when I press p it opens up javescript console, now even my backspace can not continuously delete while being held down, this happens in google chrome and mozilla firefox, and backspace problem happens during microsoft word and google chrome and mozilla firefox
