why when I have guys courting me, I'm scared of getting in a relationship?

I am so scared that one day when I found the one who I'll marry, that he'll be so judgmental, strict, and mind everything I do? Am I scared of losing my independence? I'm so scared of people I don't know who will tell me what I should and etc. what is this? or I haven't found myself? should I take care of myself first and stop all the dating?
 
first of all, when you date... you're not finding someone who will marry you right away. that is the time you get to know the person for the first... second... third time. and when you're in a relationship, you deal with your partner, you talk your problems with him/her, what you're likes and dislikes, your dos and donts... etc... once you feel the comfort with him, then wait for him/her, the right time then you'll get married... it's a step by step situation, its not like once you date... you'll get married right away... i think you should get more dates rather than stopping it. just try to be safe :)
