The 2000 film 'Cast Away starring Tom Hanks directed my Bob Zemeckis cost 90million dollars!? WTF how is that possible. I mean most of the film is set on a fiji island which okay, probably costs quite a bit but only maybe a couple of million at most! There wasn't a very big cast, there was a lot of product placement And i doubt Tom Hanks charged 40 million? Also, Tom Hanks had to gain 50 pounds and then lose it so production was put on hold for a year, but 90m i mean come on! Forrest Gump 50 million but that's understandable seeing as how it's set in many many different locations. Can someone explain?
