Kahlen Rondot was the runner-up from America's Next Top Model Cycle 4. I am very curious I want to know exact reason why didn't the judges pick her to win instead of Naima? I always really like her so much that I think she should have win and that so many people think same. Please let me know the reason why didn't she win?
