today i bought satio from tmobile online and then in the afternoon i got a call from them and they wanted to have some identification verification.then they said something but i didn't understand.they said something about fraud and then registered with some company sounded similar to acronym and then they said i can't have it.but the lady did ask me if i want to have another phone.i said no just cancel it. if you know what i am saying,can you please explain why was i refused.i really want to have that phone.thank you.
