Timing belt/chain whichever it has has jumped most likely, it is getting spark or it would not even try to start, it would be a "dead crank" . It sounds like it is getting gas unless something is wrong with the throttle body. Take the breather off after letting it sit for long enough that all the gas you been pouring in or the gas that has been pumped in there is gone. Try to start the car. You should smell gas and see it down in the throttle body. Try starting fluid instead, not too much though, bad things can happen that will mess motor up worse. Spray a little in and if it tries to start (better than when you were cranking before) you should look into the throttle body. If it cranks and tries to start just the same as before, timing belt/chain.
