Why the shift in media attention about the 2010 QB draft class?

At the end of last season, draft experts and scouts were drooling over Sam Bradford. Now, 7 months later, the major sports networks and scouts are saying that Colt McCoy is a better NFL prospect. In my honest opinion, I think McCoy, even though he maybe doesn't have the long-term physical upside that Bradford does, is more proven as a "non-system" player and mentally more ready for the NFL. I just think it's strange how this offseason, without a single snap of football being played, the mainstream media and their experts have shifted their attention away from bradford and toward mccoy as NFL prospects. why is that?

It has all become a popularity contest. As soon as one of them lose a game, then he will not be a Heisman trophy contender; since they both are expected to be undefeated this year.

Its because after all the workouts they realize having a big arm is not guaranteed success like Josh Freeman or Matt Stafford will not be as good as Mark Sanchez. Also they realize that you need a warrior as your QB. Not a pretty boy. Like guys like Palmer or Brady once they get sacked too much they get injured. Bradford is fragile. McCoy will stand their like Big Ben or Joe Flacco who are willing to stand in the pocket and throw. Also that's why i think Tebow will be a great NFL QB. He is willing to stand in the pocket. Unlike Vick he is willing to get hit. He will stand in the pocket
