I dislocated my shoulder and went to the emergency room to have it back in place, okay, know this procedure hurts like hell, the problem is why the treatment for shoulder dislocation doesn’t seem to be helpful?
If you break/fracture your arm, then the doctor gona plaster your broken arm and within 2 months you are ready to go, but in a shoulder dislocation, they will tell you to wait for two weeks and get again to gym which is impossible!!! the other day, I tried to go on heavy weight, and viola, POP sound,,, so what to do ? go to gym and drop the weights to smash your head? Plaster my dislocated shoulder gona work? Physical therapy didn’t help, RC exercises were flushed down the toilet, need something guaranteed. Will plastering the shoulder for two months will solve the dislocation disaster? Answer Sweetie!!!!!!!!!!! The doctor when visiting him will take the chance drinking to waste the time and then say the time is over, “call the next patient in” DANG!!!!!!!
