I have transferred a pc folder with music files onto an usb flash stick and find that when I insert the usb flash into my a/v receiver, the order of songs (files) displayed on the a/v receiver is not the same as that displayed on my pc. For example, the song order from a CD is different, number 1 on the CD may become number 9 on the usb flash folder.
Can somebody please tell me the reason and how I can correct that?

thanks for the first answer but...
my a/v receiver don't have sorting function to help me out! and the order of song1 to song9 (for example) is correct on pc.
