Why the FUCK is Gamespot reviewing Wii Virtual Console games?

What a stupid idea, I could see describing it, oh it's the same as the original, or it has improved graphics. Maybe something about how it runs on the wii. But to review it as if it's a new game, wtf

Do they have reviews for Xbox Live Arcade Games too?

Edit: After reading a couple of the reviews, it's not as bad as the threadstarter made it seem. It seems that they're pretty much trying to help you decide if the game is still enjoyable and worth the purchase today, even if you remember the game being badass back in the day. Though the actual score they're giving the games doesn't really seem to mean much. I sorta do agree with their reviews, but the actual numerical score seems a little off.

I guess you have to consider that not everyone with a wii has played or even heard of some of these games. So it would make some sense to review it in the way that they are. If you think about it, the original mario bros is kinda cool, but not anywhere as good as even the first super mario bros game, and I think after even a few minutes, anyone is going to be bored with it nowadays.

Who the fuck said that? Just pointing out its a slightly more biased review site than most others. They are a UK based company and are sponsored by MSN (e.g. Microsoft).

Gamespot is the only review site where they give a much lower mark for EVERY wii game out.

They gave Zelda a fucking 88/100 and complained all the way through the review. Thats the lowest score any site has given a Zelda game.
