why the fairness doctrines should be reinstated?

i do not agree with the fairness doctrine however i have to give positives about it. my first is that there are more conservative talk shows than liberal ones. second is that the airwaves are govt, therefore should not be biased/should have equal time for each. i need a third positive. i know not many ppl agree with it however a third positive would be greatly appreciated...thanks
