Why do they get drunk and act as if they do not care about the person who passed,I was at a re pass once and it was interrupted by police and some people were arrested and lots of arguing and yelling and drinking was at the re pass(I am glad my uncle's re pass went just smooth and no one got arrested(there was no heavy drinking at his re pass) Some people take the term 'home going celebration' too literally.Even the adults can act like air heads
