Why some Indians are thinking that valentine's day is against our culture?

Then even coat, suit, pant, air conditioner, fan, television, car, bike also not indian culture! Then why are they following that alone. I MEAN If they are saying that Valentine day is not introduced by Indians, then the above examples also not introduced by indians, then why they are following that alone?
